The neighbors make all the difference

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Our neighbors on either side were great. Our upstairs neighbor however, we nicknamed "Dances with Elephants"
The water is *loud* in a downstairs apartment when it runs upstairs.
It didn't help that she'd do things like vacuum or take showers at 2:00 in the morning.
Avoid the downstairs 2 bedroom unit.
