The old residents are VERY upset you would fire the excellent onsite manager and then give new washer and dryers to new residents while the old ones have them. Basically everyone who loved it there is talking of moving when the lease is up. Me included. NO QUESTION. We moved here because of the manager and the way things are run and how quiet it is. Apt. Ratings had it at number one. It s slowly dropping. College Station is a college town but a small close knit one and word of mouth will prevail always around here. As it is we know the very same apts on the same street owned by another company are $50 LESS per month but we loved the management. LOVED THE MANAGEMENT. LOVED.

If you fired Wally Rose you probably lost at least half your residents when our leases are up. We are glad we have leases so you can t change our terms lie you did that dear lady. BIG BIG MISTAKE. Word has been going around town this week. In CS it won t take long. Start asking around.

Insiders tip Keep Wally Rose (she is a MAJOR reason I rented here as opposed to a nicer place) and enforce the quiet area. Spring Loop is known for being a place serious students. Teachers and grad students can have quiet. Parties are not tolerated. If that changes the neighbors will revolt.
