Laurel Ridge formerly Timber Creek & Mill Creek

We lived in the Fourplexes and they were pretty nice. We got a few noise violations because there are mostly small families living in that part of the complex... so be quiet if you want a fourplex. Maintenance was prompt. One guy even came over to our house at 3am to help us out and didn't complain any. There's a washer and dryer in the apartment already, which turns out to be extremely convenient. We never had any pest problems other than some ants in the summer, but if you make sure to keep your floor vaccummed you're cool.
Overall, it's a really good value and a nice apartment complex. I would recommend it.

The management will not send someone out at 3 am, that is B.S. If you call the number for Timber Creek that late, you will get an answering service who will leave a message for the management in the morning (if you are lucky).
