It wasn't bad for college life...would not live there with a family. Lived in the Fourplexes on Spring Loop. House was dirty/dingy, vinyl flooring and carpet was comming up they replaced it after necessary complaining. The washer and dryer are stacked and a pain in the a-- when you are trying to get clothes from washer to dryer. Looks junky and tattered from outside. You are the dishwasher. Just remember these apartments have been used by a lot of college students.
Very nice about subleasing.
They will tow your car or your friends in a heartbeat make sure you get a sticker.
