The maintenance staff fixed any problems I had right away, they even came on a Saturday when they are usually off! It was very quiet at night, no loud music ect. But I did often have friends over to visit, sometimes very late and as long as you stay relatively quiet no one seems to mind...make friends with your neighbors if you can...it helps alot. The office staff is really nice, if you are nice to them they will help you out as much as they can P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
