I lived here a couple years ago. The management at Mill Creek condos was very nice. The maintenance staff was excellent as well. The property is at the end of a street in a very quite area. There was never a parking problem and the complex used a security company to patrol regularly which was nice since the College Station police never came through. We we moved, we discovered a large rust stain from the metal frame of our reclining sofa. The carpet was ruined, but we were not charged for replacing it. I guess it was time to replace it anyway. Point is, they could have kept our deposit even though they were planning to replace the carpet anyway, but they were honest.

The only bad thing is that sometimes you can smell the sewage treatment plant that is nearby, but we never smelled the odors inside the apartment.
