I lived here for 3 years. They are very affordable, well kept, and have good office staff who are helpful. They are older apartments, but they compensate for that with low rent. Maintenance was pretty responsive to issues. When considering Timber Creek, make sure you look at the apartment you will be assigned to to ensure you get reasonably decent carpet and ceiling fans.
