My wife and I have lived here for almost 1 year, and will be moving to another state following my graduation in May. Some aspects of this property have been really great:
1. Maintenance men are friendly and well-mannered
2. Parking has never been an issue
3. Price was fairly competitive
Other aspects, however, have totally soured our experience here:
1. Like another reviewer, we too were excited about the "free wireless internet." Our signal would come and go by the minute and couldn't be relied upon for anything even remotely important. Finally I gave in and subscribed to Suddenlink cable internet because it was so bad. The management was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic about the wireless internet not working.
2. While the maintenance men are friendly, the management is not. I spent over 1.5 weeks trying to get an outlet in my downstairs bedroom wall fixed - I had to call the manager multiple times; she was extremely hard to get in touch with, wouldn't return my calls, took days to send the maintenance guys out, etc.
3. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors playing guitar, watching a movie, arguing, or just having friends over until 1 or 2 in the morning, as if they were in your room with you.
4. The condos are old, and are falling apart. Heating/cooling is extremely expensive for a unit this size. Things break fairly regularly; we had to have our shower head replaced 3 or 4 times since we started living here.
5. Very limited storage space; small/few closets. Wouldn't be bad for one person, but with two it'll be tight.

I used to live in the condo and they are small, but we knew that moving in. They are older, but they are very well maintained. I have never had a problem with the management.
