I have lived here for almost two years. The maintenance guys are always nice and efficient. I've never had to wait more than one day for problems to be fixed. The manager and leasing staff are always available and helpful when I need something. Living here has helped make my college life easier and less stressful. I have lived other places and heard of horror stories where you have to wait 2 or 3 weeks to get things done that has never happened here. Oh by the way-they tell you up front that the internet may or may not work for you so you should not be disappointed if it doesn't.
