Timbercreek management was really good. Now, the management changed to so called Laurel Ridge. From now onwards, you see people dislike this apartments. Many of the tenants here are vacating at the end of their term. They suck big time. They cheat tenants with their bogus gimmicks. They can make you vacate the house to fix problems. Without notice, they fix bulbs on your patio and run 24/7. Your electricity charge will be much higer than other apartments. The people in the office are not polite at all. If you are a student, I recommend to look somewhereelse. They suck money and treat tenants as slaves. They change rules every one month. Don't do the mistake. Think wise. You get enough trauma for one year.
The apartment is poorly constructed. The walls are not sound proof at all. You can literally hear people talking and walking. You will not sleep at nights with banging noise from doors. By the way.. washer and dryer units often don't work and are too old, about to die. Everytime you go for washing, you should buy a ticket from the office. They close office on sundays. Don't argue with this management because your time will be wasted. Please stay away from this mess!
