DO NOT MOVE HERE

So on the phone before moving in, I was promised a washer and dryer in my apt in Nov. When I got to college station, the office girls said they had no idea who would have told me that, because I couldn't really get one until March. The girls in the office are not knowledgable about the complex, their own procedures, or the town surrounding them. My apartment has been remodeled, and it looks SOOOO tacky. Nothing matches now, the washer and dryer don't fit where they are, and they left my apartment a mess. They also didn't help at all in moving us out for the time they remodeled. All this complex cares about it making money. They also have no idea when their "three sparkling pools" will be open again because they aren't up to code.
They will tell you anything over the phone to get you to sign a lease, and the "show" apartment looks way nicer than any apartment that will be leased to you.
Aside from the poop smell from the waste treatment plant, there is a serious problem with animal poop. Owners are so inconciderate about pet waste here.

I used to work here, and trust me...this commenter is spot on. My training was minimal and I was told our clientele (favorably white with good parental credit) was on a "need to know" basis. I left after we discriminated against an Asian lady with great credit. Oh, and FYI...the staff is always cracking jokes about the ethnic cooking of its residents. Extremely tacky. Have fun dealing with brain-dead secretaries. Just remember, when you hand one of them $30, they access your personal information. Scary!
