I have lived at Madison Pointe for a over a year now, and I really enjoy it. Yeah, the apartments are older, but that is reflected in the price (which is fair). The landscaping and exterior upkeep could be improved. The interior is decent. When I got my apartment it had fairly new carpet, freshly painted walls, and over all looked very clean. The maintenance staff is incredible! They are always friendly and fix things quickly. The office staff is like your typical office staff- kinda pissy sometimes; however, they will work with you when you have a problem.

The complex is a little dark at night, but its not bad. There seems to be a diverse group of people here- students, young couples, some younger children. Overall the complex is quiet and friendly. I wish I would have moved here when I first came to College Station.
