Don't even waste your time thinking about renting from Mark and Cathy Conlee. All they want to do is take college students money. I've never had such a bad experience with landlords. I read their previous two reviews and thought "that's probably just a couple of tenants who had a bad experience". HUH! I was even warned by people at school and still didn't listen. Don't do what I did and give them the benefit of the doubt.
