Overall I would rate my experience with the Conlee's at little more positive than the other three individuals on here. However I do agree that the electricity bills where outragiously high and these apartments are horribly insulated. They will do absolutely nothing about noisey neighbors and there are plenty so don't even bother thinking about this unless you like noise. The appliances don't work very well and are nearly antiques. Overall I would recommend looking elsewhere.
