Too much risk

I read these reviews and thought "oh, some people had some bad experieces" and I rented from Mark and Cathy anyway. Big mistake. Everything below is true. They use any excuse to take your money, get you to pay more and don't return the deposit. Very disappointed that Mark hid behind his 'Bryan politician' status to make himself seem like a reputable landlord when they make their money by screwing over aggies. =(
