Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
I lived at this complex for five years and loved it. You can't beat virtually unlimited hot water. I worshipped the boiler system. And did I mention FREE COOKIES! Mmmmm....
Maintenance personnel were very polite and friendly and responded immediately when my AC broke one summer.
My only complaint was with some of my neighbors. Who would have thought someone would be shooting birds from their balcony' On occassions when it got too loud, the College Station Police Department was quick to respond.
I recommend this complex and only wish I could find one as nice in Austin.
