When I moved in there was a pair of boys boxer shorts in my apartment, the carpet was coming up (not to mention stained horribly), the bath tubs are made of plastic and are very tiny, and the office staff is never willing to help.
One night I had my light globe in the kitchen fall & shatter on me while I was cooking. I asked for it to be replaced & it never was & now that I moved out they are trying to charge me for it:( There is tape in the corners of all the walls to hide cracks.
I was charged for carpet cleaning (which I did) but since I did not KNOW to bring a bottle of solution in for them to make a copy of, I was also charged for this. When I called & talked to management about this they said that it was too late & they were not nice at all.
I know that this place is close to campus but it is not worth it.
I was also paying $820 a month for a 2bed/2bath. I could have been living at a nice new complex such as the Ridge, The Arbors, or Signature Park for that price & they are the same square footage.
I was an idiot to have ever lived at this place. Needless to say, I have moved on to a much nicer place:)
Also, while I was living here there were tons of car break-ins and management never put out a notice to warn us. During Christmas break the bomb squad had to come out because a boy was trying to shoot himself. This was just a horrible place!!!!
