Great Place; Totally Recommend

I agree with most of the previous (positive) comments about Meadows Point. I lived there for a year (05-06) and never had any problems. The grounds are quiet and grassy, and while the city did tear down all the tress to extend Marion Pugh, the noise from the trains is no worse than anywhere on campus.
I never had ANY issues with bugs, and the endless supply of hot water is pretty amazing. The only complaint I have is that whenever it rained, the area around my building (#26) turned into a swamp.
I highly recommend these apartments; having looked elsewhere, they offer a pretty good deal with nice surroundings, plus it's close to campus and the multiple exits (West Holleman, Marion Pugh) make it convenient wherever you're headed.
