I've only been here for just over a month, but I can honestly say that I love it here. In regards to other people's complaints, I have found the management to be attentive and friendly, the trains not that loud, the apartment upon move in was clean, and the neighbors are out of sight and mind. It is quiet and close enough to campus that I ride my bike. Yes, the complex is older, but I'm not a yuppy smuck, i.e. I can handle living in a formerly rented out apartment. Most of these complaints probably come from spoiled brats whose daddy's pay all their bills.
