Their managers could be more helpful, but they're not! They also failed to return my pet deposit with my apartment deposit! I had to call them and figure out the problem. Also if you have pets they make you pay $450, $150 is non-refundable and they make you pay for a carpet clean and pest control when you move out. They are not a pet friendly apartment complex! My apartment was spotless when I left and they still charged me $70 for cleaning and drip pans'! Beware!

They did the same thing to me with the drip pans. Why would an apartment charge tenants for an air conditioner drip pan? Next they'll be charging for roof damage.

I agree with both of you, but listen....drip pans are the things on the stove under the 4 burners. They catch the crap that falls out of the pots and pans while you're cooking.

Did you ever fill out an Intent to Vacate? Because if not, BY LAW they are not required to return it. Sounds like you didn't fufill your end.
