I moved in here on the advice of my boyfriend, he to was a new tenant. I wish I hadn't.
The management was replaced a few months into my lease, and I'm not to happy about that. The accountant/property manager is stingy and doesn't work with you. She charged me a fee for not connecting my electricity before I moved in, even thought I showed her the email sent to me by CS Utilities saying I signed up for it weeks before my move in date!
The apartment is old and overpriced. The carpet is stained and is lifting in some spots. The stove is useless, too small and messed up. The microwave wont open properly on its own. My kitchen floor and restroom have spots where the floor sinks in, kind of like a pothole but covered by flooring.The light bulbs on my building were always out, would call repeatedly but took forever to fix and felt very unsafe because of it. My boyfriend's car was broken into, his apartment had fire ants, and we're in the same building!
I made a mistake, I'm fearful for move out day, and all the charges they're going to add to not give me my deposit!
This is not the cheapest place for the location and how old the place is. Stadium View down the street is newer and cheaper, I wish I had checked.
The traffic is horrible!!!!!! Its always jammed, and the constant trains that last 10 minutes dont help AT ALL!
Save yourself the rent, ITS GONE UP BTW, SO DON'T EVEN THINK YOUR GETTING YOUR MONEYS WORTH!
