When my roommate and I first moved in, we thought these apartments were great. Then when we started filling out the maintenance report we found a few things but figured that they would quickly be fixed. We were very wrong out of over thirty issues we marked down they only fixed two the entire time we lived there even though we called countless times for them to be fixed. The main issue was that our AC never worked properly. Three times in one month they refilled our Freon in our AC unit and would never admit that there was obvious leak. We continued to pay a much higher price for our electricity since our AC would be running constantly. Finally one month before we moved out they admitted that we did have a leak and fixed it after we had spent who knows how much extra money we spent in utilities. In addition to maintenance issues, the apartment management changed three times while we lived there and it seemed that each time a new company took over we had some brief hope that they would be better only to find them even more disorganized then before. When we filled out our move-out notice, they discovered that they had lost of lease, eventually they did find it. I also had a pet and they told me that even though I had filled out the pet lease, they could find no record that I had paid my $450 pet deposit. The dim-witted woman on the phone finally admitted that even though she could find no record that I had paid the deposit that yes I must have done so. As someone else mentioned in an above complaint we were also charged $90 for the replacement of our stove dip pans, even though in our maintenance report we had not that not only were they dirty but they also never fit meaning that for the year we lived there we were only able to ever use one burner. In short, this complex is terrible and they care more about taking money from their renters then having anyone come out of living there with a positive outcome. I would never rent from them again or allow anyone I knew to either.
