Not that bad

Good things: We never had problems with maintenace, quick responces, and they fixed our A/C within two days and provided a window unit while it was being fixed (better then nothing). Management has only changed once since we moved here and both seem to be friendly and willing to get your questions answered right away. Our dishwasher broke and was replaced within a week. We love our view, we can see Kyle field and the walk is short to campus. Our old neighboors were quite, new ones not so much and its a college town, what can you expect'
Bad things: The biggest problem, our rent went up almost $200 when we renewed our lease for six months (They only offer about 40 apartments to sign these short leases). The apartment was not clean when we moved in. Parking can be bad on gameday if you live on the NW side of the complex since non-residendts park and walk over. Traffic can build up on Marion Pugh and Holleman, making it difficult to get out. The trains are not that bad, you get used to it.
