Okay until the end of lease

Walls are really thin--I could tell every time my neighbor came home, took a shower, and turned on her music to get ready to go out at night!
They did a decent job responding to maintenance requests (except for refusing to weather strip the windows because it would be "too difficult"). But, as the lease began to near its end they stopped trying to be helpful. There was just an overall attitude of "I have over 400 apartments to deal with and helping you would just take too much time."
Also, the hot tub only worked around leasing season. After that they turned it off and the pool was even locked off for several months.
Overall I wouldn't suggest the place.

For the rent you pay, I think it's worth it. Besides, there are newer apartment complexes (like the Zone) located VERY close to Meadow's Point with awesome pools you can "borrow".
