I needed a furnished apartment since I moved here from another state. The furnitures were alright, but they did the job. During my second year at the apartment, Meadows Point switched management and things became a lot better. They started refurbishing all of the apartments as soon as the tenets left. My appliances were pretty old (about 20-30 yrs) but they were going to replace them once I moved out and pretty much everything else. Furthermore, under the new management, they bought new equipment for the fitness center and really did a great job of updating the place. I enjoyed my time at Meadows Point, it was close enough to the rec and my classes where I could walk if I wanted to. There is a bus stop nearby and for the most part everyone was quiet. The rent is reasonable compare to other similar units, maintenance responded quickly, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
