I really enjoyed living here. There are always open parking spaces and lots of open space with trees and grass. The neighbors are usually pretty quite. One of my favorite things about living here was being able to walk to Kyle Field for football games and West Campus was easily accessible (I was a business student so I was only on West Campus).
The units themselves are older but spacious and comfy and have HUGE closets.
Management was kind of a pain at first but the management co. changed mid-way through my lease and after that I didn't have any problems. I only made had two maintenance requests and they responded quickly.
The only real downside for me was traffic. Don't try to take Marion Pugh towards campus during daylight or you'll be stuck for a while. I always went the back way, out Holleman.
