mold, bad carpet, bad pipes, bad place!

We have lived in Meridian for over 3 years. We have called about mold problems and they just paint over it. This last week, a toilet upstairs leaked all night and collected between in the ceiling and POURED like a FLOOD, and the entire apartment carpet was soaked, and the ceiling fell in. They would not replace the carpet and they were going to put drywall over the black dirt-like crap that was lurking in the walls and ceiling without replacing the insulation in the outside walls. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PRICES.

Wow the way you make this place sound is terrible, but I noticed you stayed here for four years. My question is, if it is so bad, then why did you stay so long? I am skeptical about this posting.
