These apartments are old but well kept compared to some I've lived in. Rent was low considering the space that was offered and maintenance was completed in a timely manner. Also as a huge plus, it was close to everything being in the center of town.

Overall I enjoyed living here, however management was horrible about making residents adhere to their leasing contracts, with residents being allowed to keep things outside their apartments which made the complex seem trashy and was a constant thorn in my side. Additionally the grounds are not well kept with minimal landscaping done approximately once a month resulting in dead leaves and weeds overtaking the sidewalks and gardens and bushes in desperate need of shaping. It wouldn't have been a big deal, but there were leaves that remained pushed against the sides of the building for what seemed like the whole two years I lived there. Furthermore, there were some eyesores in my apartment that blame was passed on to the former maintenance man but were never fixed and made me somewhat embarrassed when I had people over.

As a college student it was an affordable place to live and I felt safe, but it is not somewhere I would have chosen to live had I been able to afford better.
