I had the smallest one bedroom apartment available. I lived in an upstairs unit. My downstairs neighbor smoked like a chimney, so my apartment would smell of cigarette smoke every now and then. I bought an air filter which seemed to help. Lisa was the office manager when I was there and she was great. She was very sweet, helpful, and accomodating. My toilet was connected to the hot water... which was kind of weird. The light on the staircase next to my apartment was out for a long time. The worst problem I had was ants. I didn't leave food out or anything, and I'm a very tidy person, but I had an ant problem a significant amount of my lease. I bought ant killer and used it nearly every two to three weeks. But, I only paid $375 a month, so I could not complain at all. I'd recommend it to people who need to save money and who aren't needing something extravagant.
