For the amount of space provided, the rent here cannot be beat. Also, it's location is prime and the staff friendly. Other than that, there aren't many good things to say about this complex.

These apartments are so cheaply built you can actually see the outline of every piece of drywall used for the walls. This makes for poor insulation, both for heating/cooling and noise. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing, from using the restroom to laughing and anyone talking outside can be clearly heard if they are within 50ft of your apartment. Some of my neighbors also smoked, so when they were smoking near my windows, the smell would filter inside.

As far as maintenance is concerned, this complex is not very good. Problems may be taken care of fast, but they are often jerry-rigged so they break again soon. As some other reviews also said, landscaping is terrible. The bushes are rarely cut back and if you look closely, you notice there is not any grass, only weeds. Additionally, the pool shows signs of mold/mildew along the rim. Finally, lighting is not up-kept. There are many lights throughout the complex and its parking lot that stay out for months at a time, making for an unsafe environment. I requested three times during one of the years I lived here for the light above my door to be changed, which it was, but it went out again shortly after either due to old wiring or cheap bulbs.

In the end, I would only recommend living here if you were trying to save money. If you can afford better, do so and save yourself the headaches.
