The former lady working in the leasing office apparently tried to trick me into leasing for a whole year as opposed to a summer. Though, she is gone now. The new lady helped me several times and seemed like a big improvement.

Newport is still a trashy place, and they sprayed our room multiple times to make sure the bed bugs were ridden. But, if you can stand all that for the cheap rent, go ahead.
