This place is pretty good. I did have alot of maintenance issues, but they were always taken care of very quickly. Scott, the maintenance guy, is really nice, and came over on a Sunday morning one time to help, when I know he wasn't on duty. There are occasional loud people, but we are also two miles from a major college campus, and you should expect that. Overall, very good. Parking sometimes limited.
