These apartments are in need of renovation. While I lived there our staircase broke and was not fixed quickly and the air conditioning broke several times. When I moved in the apartment was in bad shape, and some problems were never fixed. The maintenance men were nice and polite, but the office workers would forget to give them work orders. The grounds were always covered in trash and dog waste. Also, my roomate's car was broken into one night. We were told by the police that break ins were very common in the area. Expect a lot of noise there too. You won't be able to escape the shouting and honking in the parking lot late at night.
