I think this is a pretty nice place to live, especially compared to my last place. The floorplans are large, with a very reasonable price for what we get. When we called about pre-leasing, our questions were answered and we were taken care of quickly. The office was open even though we got here late in the evening to check in. When we had air conditioning problems, it was taken care of right away. Some of the other maintenance problems were a little slower, but that's probably because they weren't as important. The staff has been very friendly and helpful for the most part. There is little noise in our area. We've only heard loud people/cars a couple of times, but with this being a college town, near the campus, it is to be expected. Parking is good. We have always been able to park in front of our apartment. As for flooding, it has been a rainier than usual season and they have done their best to keep it safe and unflooded. Considering half the city gets flooding, I think we have it pretty good off.
