My fiance and I moved into a 2bed2bath with a roommate last year and this is our first apt. so we did not know what to look for or expect in an apt. After living here for only 7 months we can say that we made a big mistake. We have been looking at other apts these past few weeks (because we are definitely not renewing) and saw that living at Parkway Circle is a huge rip-off. The rent is extremely high and there is nothing included. In our apt. the paint job is messy, there are leftover nails and holes that were not filled, cracks, old linoleum and appliances ... my biggest complaint is the ANCIENT cabinets that are in terrible condition (they're ugly, moldy, and flake like particle board). We have called the office and even put in handwritten requests to have things fixed but response has been minimal. I would never recommend living here and it is a shame that we are wasting so much money on this shoddy place because we didn't take the time to look around.
