I moved into this apt more than two weeks ago. There are a lot of problems that need to be fixed. For example, there is a bee hive inside apt, a blind is out of order, carpets are really dirty and in bad shape (there is a small mound in carpets which seems that garbage is beneath it, carpet ending is very bad: metal, wood, and nails are exposed, which can be dangerous for my kids), a screen is broken: bugs are coming in if I open the window, a rack in refrigerator is broken etc. (there are more, of course.)

I requested them to be repaired several times, but no repairs and no explanation for TWO WEEKS. When I asked how it is going after two weeks, the manager said they will not fix them until September, because they are busy with newcomers. I guess I am not a newcomer anymore because I already signed the lease contract. Isn't it interesting' They will disregard a tenant's request to repair for TWO MONTH!!! You will need a lot of patience if you live here.
