Extremely Poor Maintenance & Unkind Staff

Please think twice before you decide. Most maintenance requests will be disregarded unless it is an emergency. The man in the office is very unkind. A lot of noise because it is very close to the railway; even at 2 or 3 am, I often have to wake up because of a whistle of a train.
Rent is very expensive compared with those of neighbor apartments. Utilities, Cable TV, Internet.. you have to pay for all those services by yourself. Houses are very old and dirty. They will not even clean the carpet before you move in. (You should expect a really dirty carpet with a lot of mud.)
