I was looking for a short term apartment for just me, and I allowed myself to get sucked in the "newly remodeled" small one bedrooms that they have. They are 408 sq. ft., but they are so poorly constructed. Not to mention, all of the apartments are infested with mold. You can see the mold on the outside of the buildings, it's so bad. The price of these apartments are outrageous for what you live in.

The management changed several times in the few months I lived there, and it has caused me many problems that I'm still having to deal with. You will certainly have trouble with these apartments and their office staff if you decide to live here.

I definitely did not feel safe here, as my windows were not secure, and neither was my door. Crime picked up in the town while I lived in these apartments, and, had I lived at any other place I'd live at before in College Station, I would have felt safe at night. In this complex, I felt like my apartment was wide open to any lurker. I did not feel safe at all.

Visitor parking was annoying and available in sketchy parts of the complex. People didn't feel safe coming to see me. Who knows' Maybe that is their goal.

There's so much on the negative side that I can continue with, but it would just be better of you opted to live somewhere else. This place is hoooorible.

The one single positive thing from this complex is the maintenence staff. Those guys are amazing, kind, sweet, and considerate. They are the only ones that ever noticed me or gave a kind smile to me while I was there.
