I've lived here since last year, and I enjoy most aspects of my apt.
Pros:
Lots of square footage (2b/2b)
Decent price for the space
Washer/dryer connection
Always close parking for residents
Don't usually hear the neighbors
Cons:
Not enough storage space
Visitor parking is only on one side of the complex.
Had to ask multiple times to get something fixed, but it was a minor problem.
Stove is older than I am.
Cold water never actually cold, just lukewarm. (Hot water is colder - figure that one out...)
The office people are polite, but don't always listen.
Overall, I enjoy this apt a lot better than my last one, and the downsides are there, but they're not so bad I can't live with them.
