I just renewed my lease for a 3rd year. Overall, I am pleased with living here. This is an older complex, and so the rooms are larger than most other apartments. Last summer the management replaced a lot of the outside wood work and repainted everything. The grounds are well maintained. Maintenance is fine, no big issues there. Front staff is friendly enough, but not overly responsive.

Cons:
Maintenance and overall appearance has lagged since Scott (maintenance supervisor) left.
I don't appreciate non-residents sneaking in to swim in the pool, and the management does little to stop it.
Some of the gym equipment (treadmill, elliptical machine) has been broken since I've lived there. Also the hot tub works maybe 50% of the time. And the club house is locked up and from what I understand is no longer available for rent. I'm sure they don't mention any of that when they give tours to potential renters. :-)
