Everything ok until you move out - don't expect your deposit back

I lived at parkway circle for 9 months and everything was fine - it is by no means a new place; stove is from the 70s but it works. It appears that the apartment was painted before I moved in, and the dust on the baseboards was painted over thus you can't really clean them. When we moved out, we scrubbed the place as best we could; in fact it was cleaner then when we moved in, and was very shocked when they $125 for frivolous stuff which I know in fact we had taken care of. It took them also 2 months to send me my refund check stating 3 times that they didn't have my forwarding address although called them about it twice
