The only good thing about Peppertree is that the closets are huge and everything seems to be safe as far as breakins go. The apartments are pretty old but if your on a budget they are alright. I am currently looking for a place to relocate as soon as my lease expires. And if you are thinking about getting a roomate, you better like them because Peppertree will not let you out of your lease. During my stay, I had a situation occur and was reviewed by staff as an over exaggeration. I pay my rent on time every time and sometimes a week or two in advance and I dont feel that my effort to be a good rentor is being recognized by Peppertree staff. I feel that my requests are just added to the bottom of a list with all the rest of the complainers. I am by far a complainer but right is right and some things just were not right. However, any maintenance work that needed to be done in my apartment was answered promptly and the maintenance people are nicer then the office staff. I picked Peppertree because it had alot of families and I figured it would be quieter then more of the student oriented facilities in town. Well think again, the walls are paper thin and I am always woke up by the people next door slamming their door or the kids on the other side of my building screaming in the morning.
