I suppose this is a good apartment complex for incoming Freshman. They maintainace is slow and I've had my dishwasher fixed by them and it still doesn't work. Neither does my oven, and my toilet breaks often. If you're on a budget this apartment complex is alright. The walls are extremely thin and the laundry accomidations are less than great. The washers and dryers for clothes are older and don't really work very well.
