When I first moved into Pepper Tree, everything was nice, but then it went down from there. The air conditioner broke every few months. At the end it was leaking water all over the bathroom and mold was growing on the ceilings.
When telling maintaince about problems it took them a couple of days to fix, and when they came they did a bad job. I reported mold on the ceiling and they ended up bleaching my bath tub and rug.
There are huge cracks by the windows, and well cracks everywhere. One of these days the end of the building is going to callapse!
I feel sorry for the people who live in my apt now, esp. with the mold they don't know is there. If I had to do over, I would not rent with Pepper Tree Apt. Management is NOT helpful at all!!!!
