I had a friend who lived here 3 years and I lived here for 1. I enjoyed living away from campus and close to grocery stores and some fast food places. The staff is great and very willing to help and compromise. We weren't able to mount our dish to the building but they let us mount it on a pole in front of our apartment. (and they even planted a shrub in front of it.)

This obviously isn't luxury housing but it was very economical and a great value. I would live here again and think it's a great home for college students who get tired of living on or close to campus.

The staff is great and repairs were prompt.

One potential drawback is that the windows are thin and you can hear noise from outside right through them. This means that you'll hear the party from the building across from you on Fri/Sat nights. So if you're a light sleeper and anti-party be warned. Otherwise, it is a great opportunity to grab some beers and go meet your neighbors...

My personal experience found the place to be extremely safe. We left many things outside on our patio and nothing was ever stolen. Nothing was ever missing from my car when I left it unlocked and I didn't have any saftey problems. But that's just my experience.
