I can hear my neighbor using the restroom through the walls when I am in the bathroom. Pretty gross. Paper thin walls and ceilings. Laundry room sucks and is nasty no A/C or heat. They do not enfore any rules. Make one drive through and you will see how bad it is. If you like to set in the parking lot and bassing your stereo system all day while you yell at your kids playing in the parking lot you will love this place.
