My roommates and I rented a three bedroom from Pepper Tree, and we did have a lot of issues (door lock wouldn't lock, broken toilet, leaky roof, broken air conditioner, etc, etc) but the management staff was very quick to fix our problems. When our air conditioner went out, they offered us another apartment to sleep in so we didn't have to sleep in the heat. I wouldn't rate them as low as some of these ratings rank them... they had reasonable rent and were helpful when we needed them. The neighbors were friendly and the grass was always cut. The people in the front office were very friendly and pleasant. I would recommend people to live in these apartments, just make sure you report any issues you have to the front office and don't try to fix it yourself.
