I recently moved into Pepper Tree and took advantage of their $199 total move in package, which is exactly that, total! Most businesses will advertise rates to lure you in and leave out hidden costs but there is none of that here. I moved into a 2 bedroom 1 and a half bathroom apartment and from applying to moving in, my first month only cost $199 which included the deposit and application fee; not to mention all of the perks and services provided by the complex such as free video rental and free Aerofit fitness center passes. This is a great value for all.
