I have not had any problems since I've lived here. Of course, it is an older complex, so there is normal wear and tear in the units. We have had a few maintenance requests, but they were all done that same day!! If you live on the 1st floor, you're probably going to hear the people above you from time to time, just like with any apartments. I haven't had any other issues with noise or safety or anything! The office staff, management and maintenance are all very helpful and friendly. Management has made a lot of improvements since last year. I would definitely recommend this place to someone who is on a budget.
