My wife and I have lived at Renaissance Park for a year and we've been very pleased. The grounds could use some beautifying, but in general it's in good shape. Getting a full size washer/dryer is a great benefit especially for families. My biggest gripe is that the "free" wireless internet rarely worked long enough to get a signal, let alone connect and use. Other than that, I've got no complaints about a 2bd/2ba place for under $600/month. The kitchens are huge since they combine the dining room into the kitchen area. While it doesn't have a lot of the attractions of most of the newer student-centered housing (gym, business center, etc) it's a great place for families and those who like some peace & quiet.
